Inspite of strict warnings from the animal authorities, Dr. Evil the eviler than evil lab rat, turned mad scientist is busy testing his chemicals on poor animals. But one day they find a way out - through a carnival that's visiting town. They are forced to escape using baloons... but Dr. Evil Rat knows all the tricks of the trade. He deploys his evil lab rat army out on fighter jets to capture and bring the animals back to the lab. Your mission is to help the lab rats escape from his evil grip. Best of luck!
